The site size is 74 acres. The site has County Road access off of County Road 0 North South and could be accessed off of County Road 375.

Current ownership is by local owners, parcel numbers 0140203706 and 704 in the Brown family, with options controlled by the Clinton County Economic Advancement Foundation. The Clinton County Government has jurisdiction over the development of the site.

It is located in Washington Township. The City will require the developers of the site to sign an agreement to not petition annexation when hooking on to City utilities. The City will annex the industrial park by 2013.
