Building Services
Our
office is responsible for plan review, building permits,
sign permits, inspections and zoning issues. The City
of Frankfort has adopted MS4 regulations; please contact this office for further
information. Staff
members can assist by clarifying various codes, construction
requirements and zoning requirements. The Department
is responsible for enforcement of codes on all new
construction and property maintenance code violations such
as rubbish, nuisances, and any other property maintenance
issues.
